Fulfillment Policy for Krain Design and Marketing

At Krain Design and Marketing, we are dedicated to providing high-quality services tailored to meet our clients’ specific needs. Due to the customized nature of our work, we have established a strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. No Cancellations

1.1. Commitment to Service

• Once a service agreement has been signed and the project has commenced, cancellations are not permitted. We invest significant time and resources into planning and executing our services, and as such, we require full commitment from our clients.

2. No Refunds

2.1. Non-Refundable Services

• All payments made to Krain Design and Marketing are non-refundable. This includes deposits, retainers, and any payments made for services rendered or in progress.
• Due to the bespoke nature of our services, once work has begun, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.

3. Service Adjustments

3.1. Change Requests

• While cancellations and refunds are not allowed, clients may request adjustments or changes to the scope of services at any time. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature and extent of the changes requested. We will provide a revised quote for approval before proceeding with the changes.
